The $197 that was always yours

Identical bets, identical wins, identical losses. The only difference is the price you paid for them — and it's the difference between a winning season and a losing one. That $197 didn't come from picking better. It was sitting on the table the whole time.

The number doesn't wait for you

The best price is the one everyone wants, so it gets hit first and it gets hit fast. Finding the number is half the job. Getting to the slip while it still exists is the other half — and that half is measured in seconds. One tap here is 0.34 of them.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept or place wagers, hold gambling funds, set odds, or pay out winnings. Every bet is made by you, at a state-licensed sportsbook, in their app, under their terms.

We are not a tout. No picks, no projections, no locks of the week. We show market facts — the prices that exist right now and who has the best one. What you do with them is your call.

We are not free of interest, and we say so. When you open a new sportsbook through a CLAIM line, that book may pay us a referral fee. It never changes which price we show as best — best is a number, not an opinion — and the Ledger exists so you can hold us to it.

1.1 Information service only. Supaliner is an odds-comparison, information, and technology service. We aggregate and display publicly offered betting odds from third-party, state-licensed sportsbooks ("Books") via licensed commercial data feeds, and we provide links that route you to Books.

1.2 Not a gambling operator. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, or agent of any Book. We do not accept, place, facilitate, broker, or transmit wagers; we do not hold, process, or custody gambling funds; we do not set odds; we do not pay winnings; and we take no position on any sporting event. Any wager you place occurs exclusively on a Book's own platform, under that Book's terms, subject to that Book's licenses. Your relationship with any Book is solely between you and that Book.

1.3 Not advice. Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, or investment advice, a prediction, or a solicitation to wager. Odds, "best line" indications, movement indicators, Sharpe figures, CLV metrics, and all other displays are statements of market fact or mathematical computation, provided for informational purposes only. Past line value does not guarantee future results. Most sports bettors lose money over time.

1.4 No fiduciary duty. Use of the Service creates no fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Modven.

2.1 Age. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal sports-wagering age in their jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We may require age attestation and may terminate accounts that fail it.

2.2 Jurisdiction. Sports wagering is lawful only in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of any linked Book is lawful where you are located. The Service does not constitute an offer of gambling in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Links to Books may be geo-restricted, and each Book applies its own geolocation and eligibility checks.

2.3 Excluded persons. Do not use the Service if you are on any sportsbook or state self-exclusion list; if you are prohibited from wagering by your employer, league, or governing body; or if use would violate any law applicable to you.

3.1 What tips are. Access to certain real-time features on game days is provided in exchange for voluntary payments we call "tips," drawn from a prepaid balance we call the "Jar." Tips are payments for access to an information service — software access fees, priced on a published schedule. They are not wagers, stakes, gambling deposits, or contributions to any prize pool; they purchase no chance of winning anything; and their price and duration are published in advance. The tip framing reflects our pricing philosophy, not a legal ambiguity: consideration is exchanged for a defined service period, like any software day pass.

3.2 Why we take tips. Our routing is monetized in part by referral fees from Books when users voluntarily open new accounts (Section 5). Tips exist so that our primary revenue comes from the people we serve rather than solely from the Books we route to, preserving neutrality of display. Our fee schedule, median tips, and related metrics are published on the public Ledger.

3.3 Jar balances. Jar balances are prepayments for service access: they are not deposits, are not insured, bear no interest, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Balances are not transferable. Where state gift-card or stored-value laws apply, balances do not expire earlier than those laws permit. Unused balances associated with accounts inactive beyond the period required by applicable unclaimed-property law will be handled as that law requires.

3.4 Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers. Completing a payment may create your account (Section 6). All sales are final; access passes are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once the access period begins, except where required by law or at our discretion.

3.5 Free access. Weekday access is free. We may change what is free and what is paid prospectively; we will not retroactively charge for access already granted.

4.1 Sources. Odds are sourced from licensed commercial data providers under contract. Odds are displayed with attribution to the offering Book. Odds are volatile: the price at a Book may differ from the price displayed by the time you arrive. The price shown on Supaliner is never an offer by us and always subject to confirmation at the Book.

4.2 No warranty of accuracy. We work to keep displayed odds timely and correct, and we publish our latency. Nevertheless, all odds, availability, movement, and derived metrics are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You must confirm all terms of any wager on the Book's own betslip before placing it.

4.3 Trademarks. Book names and logos, team and league names and logos, are the property of their respective owners, used for identification. No sponsorship or endorsement of Supaliner is implied.

5.1 When you create and fund a new account at a Book after following a designated link (a "CLAIM" link) from the Service, that Book may pay Modven a referral fee. This is a material connection, disclosed here and marked in-product.

5.2 Neutrality covenant. Referral compensation does not influence which price is displayed as best. "Best line" is determined mechanically from feed data. Our per-book routing latency and display methodology are published on the Ledger.

5.3 Referral offers are made by the Books, subject to the Books' terms, and may not be available in all states. We are compensated for referrals; we are not responsible for Books' promotions, odds, payouts, or conduct.

6.1 An account may be created by completing a payment (payment-as-signup) or by registering directly. You are responsible for activity under your account. Handles are pseudonymous by default; claiming a handle is optional.

6.2 Self-reported figures. Leaderboard profit/loss figures marked "self-reported" are user statements we do not verify. Sharpe ✓ and CLV metrics are computed from in-product tap and settlement data as described on the Ledger. Do not rely on any user's figures for any purpose.

6.3 Prohibited conduct. No scraping or redistributing our data feeds; no automated access without written permission; no use of the Service in furtherance of unlawful wagering, wagering by minors, or evasion of any Book's or state's controls; no manipulation of leaderboards or referral mechanics; no reverse engineering except as permitted by law.

6.4 We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice, and refuse service to anyone consistent with law.

7.1 Betting involves risk of financial loss and can be addictive. Bet only what you can afford to lose. The Service is a tool for improving the price of bets you have already chosen to make; it is not a system for winning, and no feature of the Service alters the fundamental risk of wagering.

7.2 If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org. Each linked Book provides deposit limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion tools; we encourage their use. On request we will disable your Supaliner account and, where feasible, suppress marketing to you.

7.3 We design against dark patterns: every countdown in the product is a real clock, prices shown are real feed prices, and our celebration mechanics trigger only on actual settled outcomes. Our published-metrics Ledger exists in part so this claim is checkable.

8.1 The Service — including its software, design system, "Supaliner" name and mark, the terminal interface, the Jar, the Wire, SUPA! celebration, Strike Cards, and all associated trade dress — is owned by Modality Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.2 Feedback you submit may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9.1 What we collect. Account identifiers (email, handle), payment metadata (via Stripe — we never see full card numbers), product interactions (taps, views, routing events, fill confirmations you provide), device and approximate location data (for state-level feature compliance), and analytics events.

9.2 What we do with it. Operate and improve the Service; compute published metrics (in aggregate or pseudonymous form); process payments; measure referrals; comply with law. We do not sell personal information. Aggregated, de-identified market data (e.g., tap demand by line) may be used commercially and is not personal information.

9.3 Your choices. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at privacy@supaliner.com. State-specific rights (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, and similar) are honored where applicable. Cookies are limited to session, preference, and first-party analytics purposes.

9.4 The Service is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; such data is deleted on discovery.

10.1 AS-IS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DISPLAYED ODDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY BOOK.

10.2 No liability for wagering outcomes. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODVEN HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY WAGER YOU PLACE OR DECLINE TO PLACE, ANY LOSS ARISING FROM WAGERING, ANY ODDS CHANGE BETWEEN DISPLAY AND PLACEMENT, ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY BOOK (INCLUDING LIMITS, VOIDS, ACCOUNT CLOSURES, OR NONPAYMENT), OR ANY RELIANCE ON DISPLAYED DATA.

10.3 Cap. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; THESE APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

10.4 Indemnity. You will indemnify Modven against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10.5 Arbitration; class waiver. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seat and governing law: Delaware, U.S. YOU AND MODVEN WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing legal@supaliner.com. Small-claims and injunctive IP relief are excepted.

10.6 Changes. We may update these Terms prospectively; material changes will be notified in-product. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Severability, no-waiver, entire-agreement, and assignment-by-us clauses apply in their standard form.
